Look at what I came across while surfing the intertubes! This has got to be one of the most stylish daily driven track weapons I've ever seen. The folks over at www.tripleZoom.com have a full feature on the car and the driver, and I must say, it's a great read.

The owner, Chris Lee, has some of the rarest Miata parts on this continent. Not the least of which are those massive flares. Am I alone in loving "Dampa Chi" the little Tein mascot???

Of course, he needs those flares to fit the 16"x10" wheels out the back. I love the stance of this car.

With all that rubber making a huge contact patch, he felt the need for boost. I can't really blame him either. Nobody wants to roll something that looks that mean, unless you can walk the walk. And under boost, this little Miata is making in the neighbourhood of 250whp!

I gotta say, gettin the back out with those 10" wide shoes looks easy with the force fed motor. Though aparently at the time of the article (A few years back, he was looking at sourcing an Nissan SR20DET, or Chevy LS1, motor for a swap.
Cheers,
