When it comes to getting the right stance, there's nothing more hardcore than radiusing your fenders so you can fit monster-sized wheels.

It's hard to believe that this CE1 Honda Accord Wagon rolled off the showroom floor equipped with puny 15"x6 wheels.

I've been kicking around the idea of picking up another Accord Wagon for the wife to drive to work and back, I wonder if she'd be down with something like this?

how is that rwd fitment? it would be over the top on a rwd too, thats the whole point, who cares if the car has wider wheels on the back than the front? its obviously not designed to be a time attack car, people need to learn to appreciate cars for what they are and not pick holes in everything that gets posted

Now I want to own a rootbeer colored accord wagon- I'll just smile and wave at all the "fadboys" on here.

Lemme break the major import fads down, so all you wannabe's can keep up:

Fwd Touring

Honda fwd

Fwd drag

Anti-Touring

Drifting

Anti-fwd (ricer haters)

Time attack (current)

Hot-rod style import

Custom built (half kit car)

Anti-mod (stock look)

Fwd will come back into fashion in a while, but these fads have NOTHING to do with people at the track.  People who race accept their various race classes, and generally get along.

It's sad that so many hatters have invaded Speedhunters and come and insult the hell out of everyone and everything, cars, owners, even Speedhunters itself and themselves. Goes to show that most lack some education and manners and are simply childish, narrow-minded and inconsiderate.

My message to Rob and the Speedhunting crew is to keep doing what you're doing. Keep the essence of Speedhunters and change nothing. The original audience is still here and knows what's up and in time the haters would get tired and bored and just fade away.....

Speedhunters.com is the best car culture site on the internet, created and managed by some outstanding people that work hard and do their best to bring us, the readers and the almighty ignorants "car culture at large".

It's pointless to lecture the haters too much, we are not their parents, but they could follow a advice or two or just leave the Speedhunters community be.

As far as I remember, Speedhunters is the best anywhere in its own domain. I can't recall magazines that would give this type and quality of material as Speedhunters does.

That being said, thank you Rob, Lihn, Jeroen, Mike, Dino, John, to name a few and all the rest of the Speedhunting crew for bringing us the best automotive culture coverage out there!

LONG LIVE SPEEDHUNTERS!

I guess the issue at large is ppl who like slow car with little purpose besides asthetics go to hellflush whiles cars with purpose be it drift, drag, highway, top speed, circuit attack, endurance etc come here to see well built excellently tuned import performance sports cars....ppl who dislike the above aren't wrong for doing it....its who they are and what they love let everyone post their feelings and u can see what most of the populaton really feels.

Personally id rather see pics of a voltex clad evo or an Amemiya RX7 over the above but it gives us at the shop something to talk about and that's ok!

We will all wait for this months theme to be over there isn't anything wrong with it and some of the cars recently have been very....let's say...inventive to say the least so keep on trucking I don't think anyones loosing sight of anything just hondaboys/ricers vs racers/sports enthusits the battle will rage on!

@ Josh@RE-Tuning.net

The issue is not about tastes over here. Of course different people have different tastes. The issue is that some people don't accept that fact. Some people want the entire plannet to have the same tastes they have and by doing so they show a MASSIVE LACK OF RESPECT to anyone, everyone and everything.

It's one thing to open a post and comment "I don't like this car, not my style" and another to comment "This car is crap", "this car stinks", "the owner is an idiot" as well as comments such as "why are u posting these crappy features?", "this website stinks". The "haters" that come along and insult the hell out of everything and everyone, with no consideration for other's people tastes style or at least hard work.

U can disslike a car, in your mind u can go "yeah that car is total crap, not my style; but it took a lot of hard work to turn that car from stock to the way it looks now. A lot of money, effort, blood, sweat and tears. I don't like it but I respect the work that went in to it and the taste of the creator or owner".

Seriously, how many "haters" think that way or consider things that way? I'll tell you: NONE!.

Not every one wants to slide, not every one wants to be the fastest in a straight line, some want to be the fastest taking corners. Some don't care about driving as much, some like to hard park, some like to bounce and so on and so on it's about diversity of the world and of people. Trouble is that the "haters" are like dictators, like ***, they don't want to accept diversity and anything and anyone different to them should go to hell:)

The issue is manners, RESPECT AND EDUCATION.

It looks like this website has been invaded with comments from bratty children that don't know their places and how to show some respect.

THAT my friend is the issue, EDUCATION and RESPECT and not diversity in itself.

@Chris Davy

Remember when you were nine years old and if you didn't like something it was "stupid"? Then you grew up. Obviously some of these people haven't. More specifically they haven't ever built a car. I don't care what car you build, someone won't like it. That is the moment you realize you build for yourself and their opinion doesn't matter. I have built many cars. The only car I ever modified that my mom liked, was my jetta. I've had supras, 240sx's, an ae86, rx7, integras none of them can measure up to the jetta in my mom's mind. I respect the fact that she liked the only 4-door i've ever owned. She respects that I put my all into my cars and won't say a bad word about any of them.

What I am saying is anyone can have an opinion and still respect a build. If you can't, you need to evaluate your personality and make some changes.

I love this car. I radiused the CF fenders on a friends drag civic before. they came out beautiful too. I'm not sure If I would do it with steel though. Looks awesome!
