Luckily this picture hasn't been the result of a broken gas tank. But it does make for a very dramatic photo. I have been in contact with the builder Fluid Motor Union after I received this picture in my mailbox. I wanted to show you the full feature of this car already, but because of certain circumstances that will have to wait.

I did got the specs on the wheels. The front wheels are actually the standard M coupe rear wheels and the rear wheels have been widened to 11 inches. So now they measure  17x9 tires:205/40/17 at the front and 17x 11 tires: 255/40/17 in the rear.

Never been a fan of Zs because of their sloppy handling, but must have more of this car.

possibly a fire burnout, where the driver spins the tires in gasoline, which is ignited by the friction of the spinning tires.

he drove over a previously started fire and they caught the spark coming out from under the car from it hitting the pavement, no magic tricks

Bmw has always fallen down with their M convertibles, in my opinion. I loved the Z8. Beutiful handling, retro design, power. The newer Z's have power, and thats it. Plus, in the Z8, you look pretty cool in it. Looks+Power+handling= BMW Z8. I hope the new Z's are better

The pic was to make all the haters hate some more because they said he would drag through his gas tank and this would happen

I think the photographer was trying to recreate the Golden Eye scene where the Roadster is out running the baddies amidst a roadway on fire.

That is awesome fitment for Bimmer vert, the stretch on those tires is insane too.  Can't wait for a full feature.
