“Wow.” It's a simple word but that's about all that I can think after June 16th. People continue to ask me over the last few weeks if I've come down from the high yet, and I don't think I've even peaked yet. It still hasn't fully sunk in that, with my teammates Olivier Beretta, Antonio Garcia, and the entire Corvette Racing team, we won our class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans!...

Yo - What’s up Speedhunters! Back again for some mad blogging action. Last time we “spoke,” I blogged about the 24h of Dubai win with Team Need for Speed. Since then, we had our first race, the Sebring 12 Hour, where we finished 3rd in GTE (GT last year, same class). It was a great first event for me with my new team and it was good to just get one race under my belt with the team before moving on to the rest of the season. I guess the worst part about Sebring was the fact that...

Tommy will join Olivier Beretta in the #3 Corvette for the full season, with Antonio Garcia joining regular drivers for the endurance round. Corvette released their sixth episode in their Corvette Racing series. This sixth episode recaps their Le Mans experience.

Is it just me or is there a bit of Truth in 24 flare to the film? Otherwise, its a great watch.

Just the one image this time around which sums up everyone in the pitlane and those who stayed upstairs in the press room. I've been down in the pitlane for a couple of hours. As we enter the 15th hour, the Peugeots now seen to have gained some dominance again. The #2 car, currently driven by Nicholas Minassian leads by two laps from the #9 Audi and #1 Peugeot. Top petrol car are the two Lola-Aston Martins. LMP2 remains the Strakka HPD. Saleen leads the GT1 class. The two Corvettes continue to...

This weekend marks the European debut of the Chevrolet Corvett C6.R ZR1 which normally competes in the American Le Mans Series. Corvette has a long history at Le Mans, dating back 50 years. In recent years, the Corvette has competed in the more expensive GT1 class. As time has gone by, this class has become too expensive and distant from its road-going cousin. Once Aston Martin moved into Prototype racing in 2009, Corvette were competing against themselves. Here is a great example of how much of...

This year’s 24 hours of Le Mans will mark the 50th Anniversary of Corvette’s first participation at the legendary race. As part of the celebrations, Corvette Racing assembled a number of historic Corvettes at last months American Le Mans Series round at Laguna Seca. Corvette also held a press conference, which included an awesome talk from 1960 driver Dr Thompson, and ’67 driver, Guldstrand. You can view their interviews at the YouTube links at the end. It was truly amazing to witness...

As John Brook and I prepare to leave for the 12 Hours of Sebring, racing teams are releasing films as they build up to the event next week. We've previously seen BMW Motorsport North America's film. Here's their direct competitor, Corvette Racing's, take on the upcoming twelve hour spectacle. I cannot wait to hear and feel their new 5.5L V8 in action. I'm sure it's going to hurt even more so than last year's....
