I don't have quite the amount of historic Le Mans photos that John Brooks has, but at least I can share this photo of the Toyota GT-one living the quiet life as a display inside the History Garage at Mega Web in Tokyo. This car was campaigned ten years ago in the 1998 Le Mans 24hr race with Keiichi Tsuchiya as one of its drivers. -Mike Garrett
A pair of mid '90s era Honda NSX race cars. The car on the right is from the 1995 24H of Le Mans and the car on the left is a JGTC (Now Super GT) machine from roughly the same time period. I took this photo a couple years ago at the Honda Collection Hall. I was hoping to see the Le Mans car again when I was at the Collection Hall a few weeks ago
As we build up towards the big Le Mans weekend, I will be sharing some the few Le Mans race car photos that I have. This famous 641hp Nissan R390 was one of three cars campaigned in the 1997 Le Mans race. For '97 the cars were done in the striking black and red livery seen above, though I prefer the way the R390's looked in white and blue livery
The Tom´s 85C blasts through the Dunlop Curve during 1985 running of the 24 hours of Le Mans. Piloted by Satoru Nakajima, Masanori Sekiya, and Kaoru Hoshino, they would go on to finish 12th, 44 laps behind the winning Joest Porsche. I've dug up a some pictures of the 1985 Toyota 85C from my stack of Theo Badri photos. These were some Toyota's
