As Speedhunters' BMW month finishes up we have one more Stanceworks BMW to showcase, and one look at the car will tell you why we saved it for last. This E36 M3 is owned by Stanceworks member Sean Williams of San Jose, California. Despite the ridiculously low stance, Sean uses the M3 as his daily driver. To get the slammed look ("pretty much

We still have a couple Stanceworks car to showcase before BMW month is over, with one of them being this E21 320i owned by Nic Foster of Tuscon AZ. One thing I've noticed about the Stanceworks crew is that these guys come from all over the United States instead of just one region. It's always nice to see long distance camaraderie in the car

Over the past few weeks we've been in touch with Mike Burroughs of Stanceworks.com. If you'll remember, he's the one that made the cross country road trip from Tennesee to California in his rat style E28 last month. Mike has been nice enough to supply us with photos of some the Stanceworks BMW's, including the '96 328i sedan you

The long history of BMW is filled with iconic models, but none of them are as influential as the 3-series. For over 30-years the 3-series has been a favorite of everyone from executives to weekend racers to housewives, and has long stood atop the sport sedan market on all corners of the globe. As part of our special BMW features this month, a look back

This clean E36 3-series wagon belongs to none other than 2008 EDC champion and UK drifting veteran Ben Broke-Smith, AKA Bon Bon. When he's not out sliding around in his Chaser or R32 Skyline, Ben can be found cruising around in this. Underneath the wagon body is essentially a full track day-spec M3. The only thing better than being able to rip around

I sit in an area of the huge EA Canada complex in Burnaby, B.C. Canada, right next to the Need for Speed marketing team. For the past two days they've been buzzing with all the great reviews that are coming in for SHIFT . It's no surprise to me, though... I mean just look at that image!... It looks completely real!... and the racing experience

Over the past couple days our inbox has been flooded with emails from a group of Maryland enthusiasts showing off their distinctive take on BMW style. This E36 328i sedan is owned by a BMW tech named Aries Ramirez, and if it looks dirty that's because it is. " This machine was never built to look pretty. As a matter of fact it was barely washed

Here's another 1JZ-powered E36, this one built by several years ago by Impact Magic in Osaka, Japan. It's not as extreme as some of the builds out there today, but I remember being blown away when I saw this car in Option Magazine back then. With a twin turbo inline six, I guess you can consider it a homebuilt predecessor to the current 335i

The other day I showed you a random snap of an E46 M3 convertible from the East Coast's Digitul Heaven group. Coming from the same group is this two door E36 M3 owned by Edward Chen of Potomac, Maryland. Like the E46, this Estoril Blue M3 was originally built for winding road fun, but Edward has since become interested in taking his BMW out drifting
