Here's some coverage from my first event of the year -the season opener in Holland. Streetpower by Automaxx is an event with a mix of activities at Zandvoort. It ranges from Gymkhana to Time Attack and off course show and shine on the paddock. I spent most of the day shooting the Time Attack cars and I was surprised to see how serious some of these

I have been following the Battle Evome series for a long time, so it was cool to see that our own Speedhunter in Japan, Dino, was able to catch a glimpse of the series with his latest feature. The cars keep getting better and better so I want to share the three fastest vehicles that raced last Sunday here. I think most of you are familiar with these

Let's continue my coverage of the Essen Motor Show with my second installment. Looking for Japanese cars on a German car show proved to be difficult. I found two S14s and this was one of them. It features what looks like a URAS bodykit and can be seen in action during the King Of Europe drifting championship. The wheels are made by Alutec, a major

The Essen Motor Show is in full swing and I was there to capture it all on camera. I noticed that there were less tuners and fewer cars than previous years, but still there were some fine examples to be found. I'll start with showing you the diversity of cars that can be found inside the Messe. Of course there are lots Porsches, this version made

Here's a small selection of photo's I found from the Edition 38 event in Northhampton, UK . I almost forgot about this car show, but thanks to a tip I got from one of our readers, I found these photos shot by Oliver Verheij. Oliver shoots photo's for VWfanatics and does it very well I might add. Let's have a look at a small selection

Besides all the BMWs present during the RSG Racing Days , there were also a whole bunch of other cool machines at the event. The car above is a genuine Opel Ascona 400 of which only 268 were produced. It was cool to see the owner Robert Keil using the car for what is was intended for. This car was immaculate inside and out, as proven by this engine

This Sunday I went to the RSG Racing Days on the TT-circuit in Assen Holland, a circuit famous for hosting the MotoGP. However, this time it was the four wheel machines that ruled the circuit. On the way over there, I spotted some cars on trailers that were going the same direction, so I knew I was in for a treat. Once I reached the circuit and made

Because of the lack of Japanese tuning shows in Holland I decided to pay a visit to the VW-Speed Summer show . It was really refreshing to see other kind of cars and their owners, both the scenes are a world apart. I had a feeling that inside the VW community there is place for the entire family. The show itself was bigger than I expected. You could

Thanks to Arild Anderson we can see some of the action that took place at the second round of the Powerdrift series in Norway. The event took place on the circuit of Gardermoen. It seemed that all the regulars attended like Frederic Aasbo and Kenneth Moen. I just hope I have all the names right. In the opening shot we can see Kenneth Moen in the 350Z

I don't know what it is with the Swedes and their engine transplants. I just got these pictures from an event called Bilsport Performance & Custom Show , held in Jönköping, Sweden. As you can see, the show was full of quality builds and crazy engine setups. There were many unusual and unexpected cars present, like this carbon fiber
