What car would you drive if your profession was building race cars for others? If I named a few off the top of my head one of them would be the R34 Z-tune. The only problem is it isn't for sale, because only 20 were ever built. A dilemma for me perhaps, but not for Bene Janssen the owner of the car and driving force behind Japo Motorsport in Germany
Just spotted this C110 on The Real JDM blog. The TE37V wheels are becoming the must have wheels when you are driving a vintage Japanese car. Are there any people who want to use this shot as a wallpaper? Well just click this link and enjoy. -Jeroen Willemsen
You don't see a lot of well executed Bee*R conversions outside of Japan especially when they are built by the owner themselves. Bryn Alban's R324 is the exception and can be found in the UK roaming the streets. -Jeroen Willemsen Spotted on Driftworks
The World GT1 Championship kicks off in just two weeks time, with the first round at Abu Dhabu's Formula 1 venue of Yas Marina on April 16/17. For the 12 teams taking part in this year's new, global series, every minute of the last few months has been precious – and there's been precious little time for most teams to complete their
The SUPER GT season-opener at Suzuka last weekend was an incredibly exciting start to the season, though one of heavy loss to the Honda Racing team. Having started out so promisingly with pole position on the car's debut, the #18 HSV-010 GT was in the wars just a handful of laps into the 300-km event. Ironically, pole-sitter Takashi Kogure, trying
Let's start with part two of my coverage of the Streetpower event at Zandvoort. I couldn't resist starting with the Bonder E36 by DBM Engineering. It certainly is one of the most extreme BMW's I have seen in a while. It even managed to set the second fastest time of the day with 1:50.063. Here's another car built and maintained by the
Did any of you watch the F1 race today? I'm a bit irritated to be honest, as I think the new "no refueling" rules have really spoiled the show and made F1 even more processional than it already was. Ergh DISAPOINTED!!!... Anyway moving on, I wanted to share some photos with you that I took a few weeks back in the UK. All of you now know
This R35 has undergone minimal modifications but has maximum presence. The car looks almost stock, but those small touches like the Hasemi carbon frontlip and and sideskirt (can I call it that?) make it stand out. After seeing this car I feel that a nice drop can make any car look good. The drop has been achieved with a Esprit Quantum coil over set
As the smoke, rubber, and acrid smell of straight pipe exhausts burn off from Skyline week, we present another Speedhunters first. Teamed up with YoParts, we’ll cover the GMG performance build of their R35 GT-R Street Machine. For anyone not aware, you will be able to win this amazing car! YoParts has created a pretty cool performance specification
After the R32s and the R33s it's now time for the R34, my favorite model. Once again I wanted to start with one of my personal favorites. I know that the R34 has been made with one thing in mind, performance. But these chrome Work Meister S1 wheels looks so good on this white R34. The black accents like the wingstays and the carbon spoiler on the
