When I first drew up our year plan for Speedhunters 2010, April was originally slated to be themed Honda month . We've decided to ice this theme for a while though, as we're just too busy getting geared up for the upcoming race season. At any rate, we seem to be having a mini-Honda celebration on Speedhunters with the release of last week's

While walking around the Hellaflush meeting earlier this month, I saw all sorts of car that were spotlight, or even feature-worthy. Keeping in mind what we've already featured this month, I tried to find cars that were a bit different than those. We've seen a lots of Nissans and Infinitis, various European cars, and drift cars this month, but

I'm about to head out the door on the way to Irwindale Speedway to check out practice and the NFS Shift competition, but before I leave I wanted to post this dumped Accord Wagon photo from Minkara. How cool would it be if Acura brought over the new Accord Wagon/Tourer as the TSX Wagon for the US market? Not likely, but it's fun to think about

Sadly, it seems like there's a never ending streak of bad news coming out of the auto industry these days. The latest is the word that Honda is scrapping the new NSX, a car which has been in development for some time now. I suppose it's not too surprising considering Honda is pulling out of Formula 1 and announcing cuts elsewhere. Building high

It seems that whenever Honda introduces a new model, Mugen follows immediately after with its own line of tuning parts for it. The latest car to get the Mugen touch is the new Honda Accord. Of course this isn't the same Accord that is sold in North America, but more compact JDM version which is also known as the Acura TSX. As with Mugen's other

Just a panoramic view of what happens every single month in downtown Atlanta. During the peak of the night upwards of 500 cars are parked throughtout the lot, the underground parking lot, and in amongst the rows. Better yet, Atlanta Police is on the scene to prevent any acts of stupidy such as burnouts, along with any illegal activities from being done

Being in Japan has given me the opportunity to see a lot of record-breaking tuner cars like the HRS Cyber Evo and Top Fuel S2000, but there is always something great about seeing a non-Japanese company do amazing things with a Japanese car. This NSX was built by Love Fab Motorsports in Buckley, Michigan, a company with many years of experience in custom

My father was a bit of a car nut. He introduced me to the term "kicking the tires" at the local dealerships. We weren't a particularly brand loyal family either. Dad cycled through Chevy V8's and even an '86 Corolla (At the time this was the new hotness!). (The image is from a Toyota brochure circa 1980's, and isn't the

Following our Honda NSX post last week, Auto-Express magazine in the UK have produced some artist impressions of how they think the NSX may look. Its worth remembering that these are just speculation. Sometimes, the magazines will have insider information and sometimes they won't. They will also have the hi-res images of the scoop images to work

Knowing Honda, it's not a surprise that they aren't content to sit and watch Nissan and Lexus own the Japanese supercar game. As these recent spy shots show, Honda is working full steam ahead on the next generation NSX. Although heavily obscured, you can still make out the overall body shape of the new car which will aim right for the Nissan
