Round One to Karl Wendlinger and Ryan Sharp in the K plus K Motorsport Saleen S7. Starting from pole position and clearly having the legs on the opposition it was a deserved win for the new team. It was the second time that the pair will get their name engraved on the famous RAC Tourist Trophy, having won in the Jet Alliance Aston Martin DBR9 last year

The FIA GT Championship starts the season this weekend with the Tourist Trophy at Silverstone. Also on the menu is GT3 and GT4. We have the pleasure of bringing you the work of David Lister who is keeping me honest. He had a stroll round the paddock and pit lane today here is some of what he saw.
