It may not be AWD, but when I found this photo in the Mitsubishi archive I knew I had to post it here. This epic shot of Andrew Cowan landing in his Mitsubishi Lancer 1600 GSR was taken at the 1975 Safari Rally in Africa. Those Evos we are so familiar with wouldn't be here without Mitsubishi's experience doing stuff like this... -Mike Garrett
